At Vyer we are radically improving how buildings are maintained and operated. Through our progressive web application, we make it easy to organize and find information about everything indoors.

Our goal is to make the interior of our buildings organized and searchable, just like the streets of our cities. The result is a more efficient use of time and resources and more joyful working experiences.

Designing a great user experience and an interface that is easy to use is one of the most important challenges we are facing. As we are acquiring more and more customers, the backlog is growing and thus the design team should follow suit.

Who are you?

You have a natural eye for design and for structure. You’re detail-oriented and enjoy the nitty-gritty aspects of design. You shine in both UX and UI; you effortlessly blend design principles to create visually appealing interfaces that enhance user experiences. You also recognise that ease of use is ultimately the most important thing.

You’re ready to join a fast-growing scaleup, where features get added to the app weekly. You communicate well. You listen well. You’re willing to put your hand up. You’re willing to risk making mistakes. You’re ready to move on after you do.

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who can team up with the Product Designer and the Product Team to help maintain our app and produce new solutions, for mobile, tablet and desktop.

We use Figma as the sole tool for this and Material Design as the library for the design.

You will be an interesting candidate if you have:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of design, from concept to implementation.
• Expertise in creating user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
• Ability to analyze and interpret user feedback to enhance the user experience.
• Knowledge of best practices and trends in user experience and user interface design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Comfortable working in an agile development environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including customer success managers and developers.
• Ability to present and justify design decisions based on user-centered design principles.
• Willingness to learn and iterate until we find the best solution.
